⭐     Terrible experience. My parcel never arrived and the owner won’t give me a refund until the delivery company (which has not given any update about the shipping for days now and has not replied to any of our attempted communications with any information about the parcel) does not reply to them. Now, how am I supposed to wait indefinitely to receive my money back until the courier eventually replies to them? If they weren’t able to sort the delivery out or to reply to any enquiry for over a week, what makes them think they will reply now? I feel scammed by this company, they can not do business and they are fundamentally dishonest. I had to request a charge back to my bank as last resort. Stay away from this business, don’t risk it.
